The board will hold community meetings in September to gather input on whether to replace the dock or keep the pond in a more natural state. If the community decides a dock replacement is desired, the board will form a Pond Improvement Committee to move that project forward. As this will be a community decision, homeowners are encouraged to participate in the upcoming information-sharing sessions.
