Snow Removal Update - 9:00 AM

Snow/ice within our community has reached a depth in excess of three (3) inches.
 
TriCounty has been notified to commence snow removal. The clubhouse parking lot has already been cleared. As stated in yesterday’s KHF snow notification, clearing of homeowner driveways will begin this morning with a minimal crew and continue overnight with a full crew.
 
All driveways and sidewalks will be fully cleared of snow and salted by first thing tomorrow morning. 
 
To assist with snow removal efforts, please do the following:
 
  • Keep all exterior garage and front door lights on throughout Sunday evening to provide lighting for TriCounty as they plow.
  • Cars may be parked at the clubhouse on the far-right hand side of the parking area or on parking pads throughout the community.
  • Cordon off any areas that you do not wish the contractor to treat.
