Ruppert Landscape will not be in the community on Friday, April 17th.
 
Mowing of the lawns and common grounds will occur on Tuesday, April 21st.
ALC Reminder Outside Projects

Spring is here and everyone is beginning to do outside work. Just a reminder to all residents: an ALC approval is required for most outside projects, including roof replacements. Please reference The Restated Rules and Regulations.
 
ALC forms are found on the website under “Documents” or in a clear file holder to the right of the library door. 
 
Thank you for being so cooperative as we continue to maintain the beauty of Knob Hill Farm in adherence with our Restated Rules and Regulations that are located under "Documents" on the homepage.
