Pond Dock Removed

The dock at the pond was removed on Wednesday, August 12th.
Riprap stone will be added by Ruppert to the depression area where the pathway ends, left by the removal of the dock.
The board will hold community meetings in September to gather input on whether to replace the dock or keep the pond in a more natural state. If the community decides a dock replacement is desired, the board will form a Pond Improvement Committee to move that project forward. As this will be a community decision, homeowners are encouraged to send their thoughts and concerns to the board and to participate in the upcoming information-sharing sessions.
