Maple Tree Seedling Issue

At the request of the KHF Property Manager the following notification was sent to the community on Monday evening April 20, 2026.
I contacted Ruppert regarding the seedling issues. Alejandro from Ruppert has looked into this and confirmed this is maple tree seedlings. These will be dying back with the most recent turf treatment and will also be cleaned up as we perform our mowing operations. The do not spray homes will obviously not die back from the turf treatment but will die back once the mowers cut them. We will continue to monitor and will advise if something different needs to be done to address.
