Mowing Monday, September 17, 2018
Posted on Sep 17th, 2018

Ruppert is on site and attempting to mow residential lawn and common grounds. Additional mowers and crew members have been brought on site in an attempt to complete mowing of the entire community before the predicted rain comes later today. Ruppert is fully aware that the conditions for mowing are not ideal. However, due to the length of time that has elapsed since the last full mowing of the community, they felt an effort had to be made to address the excessive length of the grass.

Ruppert's on-site manager, Jose Sanchez, has been made aware of areas throughout the community that will NOT be able to be mowed today due to excessive wetness of the ground. If any resident wishes NOT to have their grass mowed today, please ask Ruppert to bypass your specific lot or contact the KHF Executive Board President to relay the message to Ruppert.
The Board is fully aware that the result of today's mowing efforts may not be pristine or up to the standard we would like, however please realize that the weather conditions are not, and have not been in our favor. We ask for your patience and understanding.
