Winter Storm - Plowing Plan
Posted on Feb 22nd, 2021

Currently this winter storm that was predicted to transition to sleet and rain with the possibility of minimal snow accumulations is resulting in a snowfall of greater than 3” for the Honey Brook area.

Once today’s storm subsides TriCounty has advised they will begin the plowing of the KHF community by late afternoon into the early evening hours. Snow removal will be occurring throughout the night as needed.

Plowing of driveways will occur first, with shoveling of pathways to residents’ front doors occurring simultaneously. Salting of all driveways and pathways to front doors will occur once all plowing and shoveling is completed.

What Residents Can Do to Assist with Snow Removal:
  • If you have not already done so please attempt with caution to remove all cars from driveways and park on the right-hand side of the clubhouse parking lot. This will permit TriCounty to plow your driveway without obstacles impeding them.
  • Please plan on leaving on the exterior lights of your home once darkness occurs. The additional lightening of areas is a preventative action to avoid any damage to residents’ property, mailboxes, etc.
  • If possible, raise your garage door when the crews approach your home to plow the driveway area.

Please be patient and reasonable in all requests as TriCounty attempts to plow our driveways and walkways of the large amounts of snow. There is an abundance of snow already present which will make the plowing of this current snowfall difficult for all.

Any questions or concerns should be sent to the snow commander via email or Debbie Marchiano, property manager via email: dmarchiano@pencomanagement.com
