A safety decision has been made by your Executive Board and Debbie Marchiano, PENCO Property Manager:

 

Due to the variable snow amount received throughout the community and considering the dramatic drop in temperature over the next 24 hours, the predicted high winds and the need to apply melt-it to offset icy conditions over the next 24 hours, TriCounty will be sending a crew for a quick clean up of driveways and sidewalks to the resident front doors. The expected arrival time of the crew is approximately 2:00 PM.

 

The snow is very heavy & wet to shovel, please use caution if you see the need to clear your respective areas.
