Resume Clubhouse Rentals

A decision has been made to resume rentals of the clubhouse. Rental fee is $200 plus a $250 Security deposit.
- The Clubhouse Rental Agreement and Clubhouse Rental Reservation Request forms are located on the KHF website under “Residents” > “Forms” > “Clubhouse”.
- All request for reservations should be made by contacting the Clubhouse Manager.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. Indoor locations pose a minimal risk to fully vaccinated people. The level of precautions taken should be determined by the unvaccinated person(s) attending who remain unprotected against COVID and each individual’s level of comfort in an indoor setting. It is recommended that mask wearing be considered (1) if you are immunocompromised, (2) if you have recently been ill or exposed to someone who has recently been ill, (3) recently been exposed to COVID.
As the country enters the endemic stage of COVID, there is no guarantee you will not be exposed when utilizing any of the KHF Clubhouse facilities. Usage of the KHF clubhouse is at your own risk and your guests. The community assumes no responsibility for health-related issues.
