Hock Sealcoating will be in the community on Thursday, November 3rd, to repair the cracks in the walking trail and parking lot.

Use of the walking trail will not be restricted; however, it is required that the parking lot be free of cars for that day. Therefore, the clubhouse parking lot will be blocked off on Thursday, November 3rd, until they have finished the job.

 

It is requested that all cars be parked on the street when attending planned activities at the clubhouse for the time period required for this repair to be completed by Hock Sealcoating. No “drop-offs” of residents will be permitted during the repair of the clubhouse parking lot. All Residents should be extremely cautious when walking across the parking lot to gain entrance to the clubhouse for a specific scheduled activity.
