Plans for snow Removal
Posted on Jan 16th, 2024

Knob Hill Farm received 3+ inches and there is a bit more coming. Temperatures are predicted to remain cold, so there will be no melting.

TriCounty our snow removal vendor will start plowing driveways and pathways to the front door as well as the clubhouse parking lot by 11:00 AM today. Ice melt will be applied to driveways and walkways once all plowing and shoveling has been completed to decrease icy conditions.

Please adhere to the following snow removal policies to assist with plowing and shoveling of the community:
  • To ensure all resident driveways are plowed and melt-away applied please ensure all vehicles are removed from your driveway. Parking is available on the parking pads throughout the community and at the clubhouse parking lot to the far right of the entrance.
  • Street parking is discouraged as the Honey Brook Township plows will be coming through the community intermittently to ensure streets are cleared.
  • It is recommended to ensure damage is not done to garage doors to raise garage doors several inches as the crew approaches and plows driveways.
  • Any residents who do not wish their walkways plowed or treated should barricade the areas they do not wish to be treated.
Any special needs or concerns of residents should be communicated to Knob Hill Farm Snow Commander. Please refer to the Plans for Snow Removal eblast that was sent to all residents to obtain contact information for KHF Snow Commander.
