Updated Restated Rules & Regulations

The Executive Board has reviewed and updated the KHF community Restated Rules and Regulations. This is our “Easy-Read”/’Go-To” document, for all residents when they have questions or are planning any exterior renovation or upgrade to their residence.
Updates to the document to enhance clarity and compliance have been made to the following sections:
