Chester County was extremely fortunate not to receive high amounts of snow from this fast-moving storm. Honey Brook and surrounding areas in Chester County received 3-4 inches of fluffy snow throughout the night. Severe cold and windy conditions today are predicted with winds anticipated to gust to 35-45 mph. Drifting will occur throughout the day. Temperatures will not reach 30 degrees.

The snow will be subsiding by 8:00 AM with intermittent snow showers throughout the morning. Plowing and shoveling of the community will commence shortly after 7:00 AM.

To ensure all resident driveways are plowed and melt-away applied please ensure all vehicles are removed from your driveway. Parking is available on the parking pads throughout the community and at the clubhouse parking lot to the far right of the entrance. Street parking is discouraged as the Honey Brook Township plows will be coming through the community intermittently to ensure streets are cleared.

It is recommended to ensure damage is not done to garage doors to raise garage doors several inches as the crew approaches and plows driveways.

Snow will be removed on all pathways to the front door and ice melt applied to decrease icy conditions.

Any special needs or concerns of residents should be communicated to Linda Kinsley, Snow Commander.
