Due to the fact that weather predictions are for heavy rain overnight with temperatures rising into the low 40s a decision has been made to re-evaluate the conditions of driveways and walkways until early Monday morning. The clubhouse parking lot was plowed late Sunday evening and the entrance to the clubhouse has been treated with a de-icing agent. The township has plowed all streets which are currently clear of the fallen snow and remain wet with possible icy conditions occurring overnight.

 

Throughout the day on Monday weather conditions will be rain and snow showers throughout the day with temperatures reaching 38 degrees. Since the rain falling overnight is currently compacting the snowfall received, a decision has been made in conjunction with our snow removal contractor that if the rain has not adequately removed the snowfall we will commence with plowing of driveways and treating sidewalks to the front door of residences with a de-icing agent by 6:00 AM Monday morning.
