Debbie Marchiano, PENCO Property Manager, will be performing a survey of the exterior of all residences to alert a resident if obvious maintenance is required on their home to maintain the beauty of the community. 

 

To assist in this effort, this is just a friendly reminder to check the exterior of your homes for pressure washing, painting, etc. as needed. 

 

• If the exterior of your home requires a change in color to the shutters or doors, an ALC Approval is required with the exclusion of the colors white and black.      

• Specifics on Architectural approval and regulation may be found on the KHF website under RESIDENTS > “DOCUMENTS” > “DOCUMENTS & POLICIES” > “KHF COMMUNITY RESTATED RULES AND REGULATIONS (Revised 1/31/2022)”, Sections II, III, IV. Please review these sections before completing any exterior maintenance on your home. 

• ALC Submission forms for any planned exterior are located on the KHF website under RESIDENTS > “FORMS” > “Architectural/Landscape > “ALC Request Form” or in the clubhouse in the clear hanging file to the right of the library door.
